Vice President, Business Development – LATAM(Authentic Brands Group) (Miami, FL): Lead the ideation, development, and execution of the business development strategy for the Latin America region; Coach and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing direction, setting goals, and managing performance - partner visits, walking retail, and monitoring and researching competing brands; Confidently and independently develop and sell brand ideas internally to balance revenue goals with brand DNA; Check and manage daily/weekly sales activity and results; and Monitor CRM reporting and accuracy. Must have the following skills and experience in order to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Experience working independently with decision-makers to close complex deals of significant size; Proven track record of managing high-performing sales development team that hits goals; Business leadership experience in fashion, consumer goods, or entertainment; Ability to outline protocols clearly and concisely for sales cycle management, tactics for handling objections, and approach to finding qualified leads and advancing them through the pipeline; Experience driving team to meet performance goals; and Ability to effectively lead high-stakes presentations and negotiations with potential partners of all sizes. Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Management, or related field and at least three years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar occupation.
