Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategizes and deploys a comprehensive corporate communication blueprint that not only aligns with the strategic ambitions of Empower but also elevates our brand narrative, ensuring a harmonious symphony of messages across all platforms.
• Forges strong alliances with the leadership echelon, guaranteeing that the essence of our brand resonates uniformly through every initiative, from the drawing board to the global stage.
• Pioneering both the shield and the spear of our brand's narrative, this role demands a proactive stance in sculpting and steering brand and communication initiatives. This encompasses the full spectrum from crafting compelling content and creative direction to managing public relations endeavors with finesse.
• Cultivates a network of pivotal partnerships and stakeholder relationships, setting the stage for an amplified brand presence and a positive brand perception that echoes across the industry.
• Embraces the mantle of the company's spokesperson, embodying the voice and ethos of Empower in every public interaction and communication, ensuring our message is both heard and felt.
• Masterminds crisis communication frameworks and response mechanisms that stand as a bulwark, protecting and preserving the integrity and esteem of our brand amidst turbulent times.
• Fosters deep and enduring connections with an ecosystem of stakeholders, from our dedicated employees and visionary investors to our cherished customers and industry allies, nurturing a culture of brand advocacy and loyalty.
• Orchestrates the creation of bespoke communication materials that celebrates our milestones, initiatives, and achievements, all while maintaining a laser focus on brand coherence and messaging precision.
• Directs the narrative and execution of brand communication campaigns that not only polish our brand image but also strategically position Empower in the marketplace, leveraging a medley of content, creative assets, and public relations strategies.
• Champions a uniform brand experience across all communication channels, ensuring that our message is not just consistent but resonant.
• Architects internal communication strategies that weave transparency and information sharing into the fabric of our organizational culture, bolstering employee engagement and aligning the collective effort with our brand's vision and values. This includes curating employee communications, orchestrating town halls, and spearheading internal events that reinforce a unified brand ethos.
• Sets and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) that offer a clear lens on the impact and efficacy of our communication endeavors.
• Conducts regular audits of our communication strategies, employing a data-driven approach to continually refine and enhance our efforts, ensuring they remain agile and impactful.
• Champions a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, fostering an environment where ideas flourish, skills are honed, and collective achievements are celebrated.
• Oversees and evaluates team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure both individual growth and team excellence.
• Assesses and navigates the evolving needs of the department, playing a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new talents, thereby ensuring our team remains at the forefront of communication innovation.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public relations, Marketing, or a related field, required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate communications experience and proven track record of mobilizing large complex projects and change transformation, required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role, leading, developing and executing successful comprehensive communication strategies, required.
• Extensive experience in media relations, crisis communication, and brand reputation management.
