Veterinary Receptionist - Town & Country Animal Hospital

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records 
• Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients
• Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
• Educate clients on veterinary services and care

MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE WITH:

• ezyVet veterinary program!!
• veterinary reception/customer service 
• the ideal candidate would have great interpersonal and communication skills while offering a welcoming environment to patients and clients

Full-time position

• We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm
• CLOSED ON WEEKENDS
