Coastview Veterinary Hospital is the first animal hospital in California to achieve fear-free practice-level certification!! Our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate, and low stress care to our patients as well as clear and honest communication to their owners. A key component to this mission is educating our clients in order to work together to keep our patients healthy and prevent disease.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
- Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
- Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
- Obtain deposits and payments from clients
- Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
- Educate clients on veterinary services and care
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
This is a full-time position - we offer a 4-day work week with 10 hour shifts, CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND FEDERAL HOLIDAYS
- We are open: Monday - Saturday 8am-6pm
