Veterinary Receptionist - Northpointe Animal Hospital - Western Veterinary Partners

Northpointe Animal Hospital is searching for a Receptionist to help us grow our small animal practice!

This is a full-time position (4-10s), Monday-Friday. Those with prior veterinary, humane society, or other animal-related experience are encouraged to apply, however, we’re also open to training.

Receptionists play a very important role at Northpointe Animal Hospital. Individuals that are committed to a long-term career in veterinary medicine are highly encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Providing first class client communication and education
• Booking appointments
• Daily assignments/scheduling
• Checking clients in and out
• Over-the-counter sales
• Answering client questions and concerns
• Monitoring email and phone correspondence
• Scanning, copying, typing/other general office duties
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
• Liaising between clients and technical team
