Veterinary Receptionist - KITTEL FAMILY VETERINARY PRACTICE INC.

We are looking to add a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to our team. Our practice has been open since November 2010 and we see/treat dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals. We are a full-service, general practice owned by a husband and wife team who enjoy working together and helping the animals in their community. Currently the office is open Monday-Friday, so employees have the weekends off. The job duties include checking clients in & out, processing payments, client communication and patient follow-up, emails, phone calls and message taking, and medical record entry. Applicants must have at least 1 year prior experience as a veterinary receptionist to be considered for this position.  Pay is dependent on prior experience and abilities.  Come work with our fun and happy team and see what it's like to help patients in a way you can feel good about without being stressed to the max.  Position will start out at 3 days per week and may increase to full-time in the near future.  Position can start immediately.
