Location:
1208 W Irving Park Rd, Bensenville, IL 60106
Hours:
Full-time (30+ hours/week)
including 1–2 Saturday shifts per month
Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For in a Rockstar Candidate:
1–2 years of veterinary experience (required)
Bilingual skills (a huge plus!)
Exceptional phone etiquette and multitasking abilities
Strong computer and technology skills (including typing proficiency)
High attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
A team-player mindset with a love for problem-solving under pressure
Your Role in Our Team’s Success:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first smile clients see and the last person they interact with, making you key to delivering an exceptional experience. You'll:
- Greet pets and their people by name with warmth and enthusiasm
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm surgeries
- Assist clients with invoicing, payment, and routine medication or product recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring every detail is captured with care
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep our operations running smoothly
Skills You’ll Bring to the Table:
Knowledge of veterinary terminology (and a knack for spelling it correctly!)
Professionalism and tact in emotional or busy situations
A love for animals and the people who care for them
Strong communication and computer skills
