Veterinary Practice Manager - Emergency and Critical Care Services
Hi! We’re Fetch, a family-owned, multi-specialty group of veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina. Our locations offer specialty services along with 24hr ER support. We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Emergency and Critical Care Departments at our Ft. Myers location in the sunny state of Florida!

As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our emergency and critical care departments, ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise emergency services team members in an active leadership role to ensure team success (70% “on the floor”, 30% office/clerical environment)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Emergency and Critical Care departments, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, standards, and protocols
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the ECC veterinary team
- Collaborate with the inventory manager and hospital director to ensure adequate levels of medical supplies and equipment are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless patient care and client service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary practice management, preferably with a focus on emergency services
- Credentialed technician - required; VTS - preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and medical terminology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software
