Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency (CASE) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing specialty and emergency practice. CASE is a multi-specialty hospital staffed with experts in internal medicine, surgery, and 24-hour emergency and critical care. Supported by a dedicated team of technicians, assistants, and client service representatives, we’re committed to delivering unparalleled care to pets and their families.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet patients and clients warmly and professionally.
- Anticipate and fulfill client needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls promptly, take detailed messages, and provide accurate information.
- Resolve client concerns via phone, email, and in-person with poise and professionalism.
- Verify and update client account and patient information.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Support veterinary staff by facilitating communication and workflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the veterinary field required.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must maintain professionalism, especially in high-stress situations.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
