Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

Client Service Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve minor client issues, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Team Management: Manage desk staff schedules and coverage, delegate daily/weekly tasks, and mentor the team for continuous growth.
Administrative Duties:- Proficiently utilize Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) to set up accounts, schedule appointments, and update records.
- Contact other hospitals for medical records and coordinate with insurance companies for preapprovals.
- Review accounts receivable (AR) reports and collect payments from clients.
- Operational Support: Multitask effectively, ensuring seamless front desk operations while handling client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment.
- Proficiency in PIMS software and other computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
