Veterinary Client Service Representative Supervisor - Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Client Service Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve minor client issues, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  Team Management: Manage desk staff schedules and coverage, delegate daily/weekly tasks, and mentor the team for continuous growth.
  Administrative Duties:
  • Proficiently utilize Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) to set up accounts, schedule appointments, and update records.
  • Contact other hospitals for medical records and coordinate with insurance companies for preapprovals.
  • Review accounts receivable (AR) reports and collect payments from clients.
• Operational Support: Multitask effectively, ensuring seamless front desk operations while handling client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment.
• Proficiency in PIMS software and other computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
