Veterinary Assistant/Technician - Auburn Oaks Animal Clinic, LLC

We are seeking an energetic, hard-working veterinary assistant/technician to assist our doctor with physical exams, medical treatments, and procedures (dentals, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and general surgery.)

Skills:

• Phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, IV infusion pump operation, intubation, anesthesia monitoring (EKG, blood pressure, end tidal CO2, Temp), autoclave operation, ear/skin cytology 
• Communicate politely and accurately with both clients and staff
• Upbeat, team-oriented personality

Hours and compensation:

• 30-40 hours per week, M-F, with one day scheduled off each week.
• $15-24 per hour. 
• Current Veterinary Technician License is appreciated.
• Pay rate is based on experience, skill, and certification. 

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid time off. A MINIMUM of 1 year veterinary assistant experience is required.
