About the Job
We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal general practice in Kunkletown, PA. With no emergency or on-call responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality care in a supportive, flexible, and doctor-driven environment.

Your Role

You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team, helping them grow their medical, technical, and communication skills.

Compensation + Benefits
- A highly competitive salary with new graduates starting at $120,000 and experienced doctors able to earn up to $180,000 base.
- Compensation follows a ProSal model in the 20-22% range
- 3 weeks PTO to start, with increases over time

What You Bring
- Veterinary license in good standing
- 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Strong client communication skills and a commitment to patient care
- Enthusiasm for incorporating technology into veterinary medicine
- A passion for collaboration and personal growth
- Interest in or willingness to pursue Fear Free and HABRI certification
