Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by The Telecommunications and Sales Managers
Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude
Educate potential customers of our telecommunications service and the benefits
Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions
Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
