Vaco is hiring for 2 Vendor Support Specialists in Jacksonville, Florida
This is a hybrid role (remote work on Fridays)
This is a contract, estimated length is 3-4 months with possibility of being extended.
• Experience with setting up suppliers/vendors in a fast paced environment
• Understand and have worked previously with IRS W9’/W8’s forms
• Experience with security/sensitivity around banking information supplied by the vendor and validating that information
• Accuracy when entering pertinent information into an ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Professional email etiquette, ability to manage shared inbox, detail oriented, and respond to all vendor inquires.
• Displays initiative and self-accountable for providing top notch service.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when prioritization is key and teamwork a must.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and able to meet deadlines.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
