Zurich North America is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Governance Nurse to join our dynamic team! This is a fully remote position, with ideal candidates located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality work and driving exceptional outcomes for our injured workers, claims, and customers. As a Vendor Governance Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring that our preferred Nurse Case Management (NCM) vendors meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with vendors to audit their work, provide educational training, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. You’ll help us shape the future of vendor relationships and contribute to the overall success of our claims management process.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Audit the quality of work produced by our preferred NCM vendors and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
+ Conduct regular training sessions and meetings with assigned vendors to review audit results, provide educational support, and drive performance improvements
+ Analyze operational data, identify trends, and collaborate with the Claims and Admin Support teams to optimize vendor performance
+ Document audit results, draw actionable conclusions, and contribute to process improvements to enhance service quality
+ Lead quarterly operational reviews with vendors, prioritizing improvement opportunities and implementing changes to drive positive outcomes
+ Maintain professional expertise by staying current with industry trends and contributing to medical management education
Required Qualifications:
+ Associate Degree in Nursing and 3 or more years of experience in the Nursing area
+ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of residence
+ Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proven experience in leading operational initiatives or workstreams
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 3 or more years of experience in the Nursing area
+ 3+ years of experience in case management
+ Catastrophic Case Management experience
+ Experience in Worker’s Compensation
+ Background in a transactional, operational, or customer service environment
+ Quality auditing experience
+ Strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across workgroups and/or organizations
Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.The proposed salary rangefor this position is $64,600.00 - $105,900.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
