About the Job

Facilitation of ODS governance and meeting coordination
Responsibility for composition of mandatory Organized Delivery System filings
Responsibility for supplemental submission of Medicare Risk Adjustment Files associated with Medicare Advantage plans.
Coordination and communication of program updates and opportunities for AMG specific programs
Monitor cross-program performance of quality results within value-based programs and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor program renewal and reconciliation schedules
Track overall program performance across payer lines of business
Engage in assessments of MSSP - Medicare Shared Savings Program participation as required by the ACOs.
Communicate and educate on the use of payer portal functionality when appropriate.
Collaboration with Decision Support Analyst on the development of total cost of care and program performance dashboards
