Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Validation Engineer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the production of orthopedic implants, ensuring all processes and equipment are validated in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement validation processes for the production of orthopedic implants.
Perform equipment validation, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
Ensure compliance with Change Control Validation in a regulated medical device environment.
Write, review, and execute validation protocols.
Work with metal finishing processes, ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
Perform technical writing, data analysis, and statistical analysis to support validation efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth validation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or bio/pharma.
Hands-on experience with metal finishing processes.
Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ and equipment validation.
Experience with Change Control Validation in a regulated environment.
Experience in writing and executing validation protocols.
Strong mechanical and manufacturing background.
Proficiency in technical writing and data/statistical analysis.
CSV experience is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the orthopedic implant industry is a plus.
