Validation Engineer II - AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Validation Engineer II for a Contract job with a client in Boston MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in GMP facilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

 

Rate Range: $50/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Validation Engineer II job responsibilities include:

• Authoring and reviewing SOPs (both new and existing)

• Creating and reviewing Equipment Requirements Specifications

• Documenting calibration and maintenance requirements, and generating related procedures

• Supporting the Equipment Management Program

• Scheduling and coordinating with suppliers for service, installation, calibration, and maintenance activities

• Troubleshooting manufacturing issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

• Executing Equipment Impact Assessments on failures

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and calibration, preferably in a regulated industry.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with attention to detail.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
