As a Vehicle Concierge, you will be an integral part of delivering Customer Experience. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our customers and team members every day.
Our Vehicle Concierge is a vital part of our Service Team. Our Vehicle Concierge act as an extension to our Service Consultants in meeting and greeting our customers and welcoming them to our dealership. You will play a critical role to make sure the customers’ experience is truly exceptional.
The Vehicle Concierge is responsible for managing the dealership lot which includes, cleanup, movement, organization and display of vehicle inventory, tagging the vehicles with proper signage along with providing a vehicle pickup and delivery service for clients, greet service guests in the event that the consultants are unable to come out of the office, keep service traffic and parking flowing efficiently, assisting the Service Consultants with needed requests, errands, loaner vehicle departure and check in, car wash pick up and quality control, and service department housekeeping

Responsibilities:
Greet service department guests courteously.
Maintain a pleasant working relationship with all dealership employees.
Assists arriving guests with locating the proper service consultant.
Assists with giving guests rides to their home or work.
Cleans service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas.
Places wet floor signs during rain or high moisture periods on the service drive.
Stocks customer refreshments and supplies.
Runs errands for service department.
Parks vehicles.
Installs tag frames around license plates.
Takes vehicles to and from car wash.
Conducts quality control of vehicle car wash.
Installs proper vehicle protection such as plastic seat coverings and paper floor mats.
Takes vehicles to front entrance of store for customer pickup.
Assists with all reasonable service department needs and requests.
Other Duties:
Maintain a well groomed appearance and uniform while performing all job duties or away on training.
Conduct yourself in a suitable fashion when in uniform and off of the dealership premises. Your conduct will reflect the dealership directly and you must display a positive image.
Qualifications
Vehicle prep for washing and detailing all new and pre owned inventory for stock and sold units.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to communicate with guests and employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, tasks, handle any customer situation or alert the proper staff for assistance.

- Ability to work day shifts and 8-hour shifts

All employees are drug tested, background checked, and approved by each dealership management.
Our goal is to hold the highest CSI rating for customer service possible. Our staff is trained to have a "whatever it takes" attitude, and also educated about CSI surveys.
Department managers will eliminate the day to day headaches so they can focus on their daily responsibilities.
