Operational Oversight:
Managing the flow of vehicles in the parking area, directing valet staff to efficiently park and retrieve cars.
Customer Service:
Addressing guest concerns, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and resolving any parking issues.
Vehicle Security:
Maintaining accurate records of parked vehicles, implementing safety procedures to protect customer cars.
Shift Management:
Overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, including monitoring staff performance and addressing immediate issues.
Financial Accountability:
Collecting parking fees, managing tip distribution, and reporting revenue data.
Compliance:
