- Serve as subject matter information resource to internal and external customers.
- Utilize knowledge to research and resolve issues in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide input based on subject, program and product knowledge to the business and functional requirements for software products and services, including enhancements.
- Complete tasks and deliverables on time.
- Create and update multiple formats of documentation, ensuring information is accurate, thorough, and follows established processes and compliance requirements.
- Provide product/project level validation to identify issues and recommend changes if needed.
- Create training materials.
- May coordinate and facilitate live or recorded training sessions.
- Assist with knowledge-sharing presentations.
- Familiarity with current adult vaccinations, administrative and billing requirements, clinic workflow processes and legal requirements for immunizers in the state.
- Health care professional, registered and in good standing with their current regulatory agency (ex: CPhT, RN or equivalent).
- Previous connections to public health, vaccine consortiums or organizations that promote and/or provide vaccines preferred.
- Personal experience as an immunizer at mobile clinics preferred.
- Comfortable addressing vaccine hesitancy preferred.
- Must reside in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, or Oklahoma.
