We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Vacation Coordinators. As a Vacation Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice to create customized travel itineraries.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and travel insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and any other travel-related inquiries or issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences and tailor travel recommendations accordingly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
