As a Vacation Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and expert advice to create customized travel itineraries. Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and travel insurance.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and any other travel-related inquiries or issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements: - Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences and tailor travel recommendations accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
