Responsibilities include:

Conducting daily rehab treatment sessions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Completing daily billing and documentation electronically, maintaining a weekly productivity of 90%.

Physical demands require good health, as the role involves walking, standing, lifting, and transferring residents and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
Benefits: 401(k), dental, health, paid time off, vision insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Preferred: Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
