Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a UX Researcher who will be an integral part of the leading Enterprise Digital Strategy and Experience team. The UX Researcher will work cross-functionally to ensure the creation of engaging, positive digital experiences and intuitive interfaces, and validate design concepts with real customers. Summary: In this role, the UX Researcher will collaborate with internal and external business partners and design teams to successfully deliver exceptional user experiences. They will leverage various research methods to identify opportunities and surface valuable insights that influence our experience decisions. This is a collaborative environment that will allow this person to learn and grow in other areas like tech, UX design, and data. No projects are the same! They will have the chance to contribute to sustainable energy initiatives like electric vehicles, solar, and more. Responsibilities:

Work, under guidance, using a variety of analytical techniques to ensure usability of design solutions
Design and execute usability tests and analyze outcomes
Communicate how customer feedback helps us deliver on larger business goals
Work cross-functionally to help drive consensus and fill knowledge gaps
Assist in leveraging data and analytics to identify and advocate for key customer needs and business opportunities that put the customer first
Participate in team workshops and design thinking sessions

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in User Research or related field
Fluency in Maze, UserZoom or related research tools and platforms
Knowledge of good UX and UI principles and practices
Ability to take constructive criticism
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and turnaround times
Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
Problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of uncovering opportunities that resonate with customers in measurable ways

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
