About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced user researcher with data science or pharma tech related experience. You will be responsible for designing the study to targeted users, collecting and analyzing data from the UX research. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers and scientific customers to drive user centric design decisions and enhance overall user experience and user success of our data products and services.

responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive user research plan aligned with Onyx product strategies;
- Execute the user research studies effectively by engaging stakeholders in scientific dialogues to help Onyx product team understand users better;
- Design a variety of user research methodologies, including user interviews, contecpt testing, usability testing, card sorting...
- Analyze customer feedback, and leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancement initiatives;
- Create persona maps, user journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research findings;
- Understand current state of scientific workflows and identify use cases;
- Work with product managers to translate user requests into actionable product requirements
- Stay-up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies and the best practices in pharma tech and user experience research and share knowledge and the expertise with the team.
