- The client is looking for a Software Products Quantitative UX Researcher for a 7+ months contract position in San Francisco, CA (onsite in a hybrid model).
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, socialize learnings on new product experience.
- Collaborate with XFN partners to identify research priorities.
- Collaborate with XFN partners to apply learnings to product, design, and engineering strategy.
- Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research (e.g. surveys).
- Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research (e.g. interviews, diary studies).
- Collaborate with Design, PM, Data Science, and Eng stakeholders to direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in support of the launch of a new product.
- 5+ years’ experience as UX Researcher for software products.
- 5+ years’ experience with quantitative UX research methods (e.g., surveys, logs data analysis, machine learnings techniques).
- 3+ years experiences with qualitative UX research methods (e.g. interviews, diary studies, usability studies would be a plus.
- Log data analysis experience.
- Experience with SQL/Python.
- Survey design expertise.
- Experience with Dscout, UserTesting would be a plus.
