We are looking for an UX Designer for our Consulting services client. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UI designers to conceptualize, design, and iterate on user-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UI designers to conceptualize, design, and iterate on user-centric solutions. Primary Responsibilities
- Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and sitemaps to organize and structure content in a clear and intuitive manner.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
- UX Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with user needs, business objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UI designers to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into product development.
- Accessibility: Ensure that designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities by following accessibility standards and best practices.
- Documentation: Create design documentation including design specifications, guidelines, and design systems to support development teams.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user research techniques, information architecture principles, and usability principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
