Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
Design and iterate on user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and accessible.
Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and contribute to a user-centered design culture.
Work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh design ideas.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UX Designer (portfolio showcasing user-centered design work required).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
Experience with creating responsive and accessible designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a contract timeline.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience working with Agile or Lean methodologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
