Role
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers on research activities, strategy, ideation, concepts, final design, and testing of new product concepts
• Build empathy and be an advocate for our customers through participation in human-centered research and design
• Translate user needs, existing design systems, and requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems
• Contribute improvements back to our existing design system to help it grow and evolve.
• Present findings and design concepts to designers, product and development partners
• Support the development team in providing interaction flows, design assets, feedback and visual QA.

Role

Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Communications Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Graphic
- Design, Human Factors, or equivalent, with 3-5 years or more of experience.
- Proven skills in conceptual modeling, UI design principles, User Centered Design, human factors, interaction design, usability methodologies, industry standards and trends, platform standards, and software development life cycle(SDLC)process, demonstrated through portfolio of previous work.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite; experienced creating wireframes and prototypes with tools such as Axure or Visio.
- Understanding of web and mobile standards and emerging technologies; knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
