UVM/SystemVerilog Design Verification Engineer at US Tech Solutions

Duration: 5 Months Contract

Job Description:

• As an FPGA design engineer, you will take ownership of project components and develop scalable RTL that meets timing requirements.
• You'll also play a key role in creating and executing test plans to validate your design features.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for developing proof-of-concept designs that utilize Xilinx/Intel IPs.
• Your expertise will ensure the successful implementation and verification of FPGA designs within the project.

Responsibilities:

• RTL Coding, Synthesis, Timing Closure, and Bitfile Generation: Develop efficient microarchitecture and RTL code using Verilog/SystemVerilog to implement complex digital logic designs on FPGAs.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Vivado or Quartus Prime for synthesis and place-and-route to achieve timing closure.
• Verification and Validation: Develop verification plans to rigorously validate FPGA designs, ensuring functionality and correctness through simulations and thorough testing methodologies.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Should be able to troubleshoot hardware bugs using FPGA’s internal logic analyser.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in FPGA design and development.
• Experience with RTL design using Verilog or system Verilog.
• Experience with JESD DAC and ADC bring up.
• Experience with AXI, PCIe, Ethernet.
