The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Virginia is actively interviewing for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Salary, rank, and tenure are commensurate with education and experience

Position Includes:

• Provide rehab care with an emphasis on Neuro (Stroke and TBI) and general rehabilitation patients in theUVA Encompass Health JV Rehabilitation Hospital, and in an outpatient clinical setting. The inpatient care performed in a setting of a co-management model.
• Night and weekend call coverage UVA-EH on a rotational basis.

Qualifications:

• MD; MD/PhD or DO doctoral level degree.
• Board-certification or board-eligibility by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Committed to a career in academic medicine and interested in combining clinical practice with resident education and/or research.
