We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Utility Scale Solar Project Manager to join our team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector, and to contribute to the creation of a sustainable future. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale solar projects from the initial planning stages to the final execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Utility Scale Solar Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing all aspects of utility-scale solar projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.
2. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
5. Ensuring all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
6. Creating and presenting regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the renewable energy sector, particularly in utility-scale solar projects.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Utility Scale Solar Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
2. Proven experience in managing utility-scale solar projects is a must.
3. Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, including industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
4. Exceptional project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and reporting.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects.
