Under the direction of the Retail Manager, this postion is resposible for the cleaning, santitaion, dish and pot washing in all areas of the retail operation. Retrival and disposil of trash. Maintaing a sanitary enviroment for food and supplies. Receiving, rotation, and storage of all stocks.

- 1. Food Preparation and Service.
- 1.1 Prepares food items according to established department standards, recipes and as directed by supervisor/manager.
- 2. Sanitation.
- 2.1 Assists in maintaining clean and properly sanitized production and retail areas.
- 3. Receiving & Storage.
- 3.1 Receives all deliveries and puts all stock away in its appropriate location following HACCP and department standards.
- 4. Safety.
- 4.1 Assure the safety of patients, staff and visitors through enforcement of department safety policies and procedures.
- 5. Additional Tasks.
- 5.1 Performs any additional assignments as required by manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE

SPECIAL SKILLS
Good interpersonal and communication skills.Must be able to speak and read English.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent organization and time management skills, & ability to multi-task.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs.+Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours.Handeling of cleaning chemicals.Must be able to pull/push carts and equipment for 6-8 hours.Flexible with the schedule, able to when needed including weekends & holidays.
