Key Responsibilities:
Work Order Management:
- Create, issue, and process work orders for utility projects, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Track the status of work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between field crews, contractors, and internal teams to resolve work order-related issues.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, associated documentation, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in work order processing required.
- Experience in a utility-related role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and work order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a MUST.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with software such as SAP, or similar work order systems.
