About the Job
As the Utility Project Manager I, you will be responsible for reviewing time sheets, working with Operations to correct any anomalies, and entering service orders in addition to other Utility Project Manager duties to support the branches.
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION & DEVELOPMENT:
- Responsible for auditing assigned branches’ work receipts (80-100 Work Receipts per day)
- Enter jobs/orders in a timely fashion and complete all information needed to do the job
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatching by providing clear direction and oversight to dispatchers
- Responsible for 100% accuracy in entering customer service requests (25-30 service orders per day)
- Determine possible solutions to problems and present alternatives and creative ideas
- Collaborate with Branch & Department heads regarding receipts, orders, and billing statuses
- Maximize productivity through effective communication

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Requires remaining in the seated position for prolonged periods of time
- Requires repetitive movement
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
PAY:
The hourly wage for candidates who will work in Portland is $23. The final pay rate offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type, and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Utility Traffic Services is a multi-state employer and this salary may not reflect positions in other states.
