What You'll Do
- Lead and manage utility projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Conduct field inspections and supervise teams at worksites.
- Communicate project updates and ensure timely completion of tasks.
About You
- Certification: Statewide Utility Manager Certificate
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in underground utility operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role, such as utility foreman.
Drug/Alcohol testing requirements: Drug and alcohol testing is mandatory for this position due to regulatory requirements.
This role would not be a good fit if you:
- Do not enjoy working independently
- Do not enjoy working in outdoor conditions
- Do not enjoy walking long distances
- Are not flexible and do not enjoy adapting to your current work schedule or routine
- Do not have adequate planning and time management skills to finish a days work in a timely manner
Additional Information:
- Travel to multiple job sites is required daily, with company-provided transportation.
- Strong focus on safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards is mandatory.
