JOB SUMMARY:
This position will require the ability to load and unload equipment safely off and onto trucks and trailers, wash equipment, check/inspect, and communicate any damages when equipment is returned. Perform minor repair/inspections and PM Services on the equipment, work in all-weather types, have great organizational and communication skills, and can work with customers professionally and courteously.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required.
- A college degree or continued education in a technical field is preferred.
- Ability to work Flex/Shift hours.
COMPETENCIES:
- General technical service skills, or mechanical aptitude.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Some computer and software skills are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical requirements of this job include lifting/carrying 40 lbs. and pulling up to 50 lbs. Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
