User Experience Designer - The Judge Group

We are seeking a talented UX/Product Designer to join our cross-functional product team. You will be responsible for designing user-centric experiences across websites and apps that align with business strategies and delight our customers. Your role will involve creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to identify problems and define solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI design deliverables using Figma and other tools.
• Understand the target users’ needs, motivations, and behaviors related to specific projects or areas, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to understand customer expectations and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Design production-ready materials and release files, collaborating with key stakeholders including business owners, product owners, technology, legal, and research teams.
• Partner with frontend and backend engineers to translate design into code.

Must Have:

• Proficiency in Figma.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA.
• Mobile design experience.
