User Experience Consultant at Judge Consulting Group

Judge Consulting Group is looking to add a UX/UI Designer to our team. This person is going to hopefully grow into a position they can drive and direct their own projects. Looking for someone with awesome skills in visual design / UI.

Looking for someone who is able to travel to our HQ in Wayne, PA on a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Research

• Plan and conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
• Promote accessibility and inclusiveness
• Develop personas, journey maps, user flows, and sitemaps
• Implement design solutions that are informed by data and insights

Design

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to identify user and business requirements, translating them into intuitive solutions
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously in various stages of the design process
• Efficiently design user interfaces with a mobile-first approach
• Design sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Work with developers to evaluate and refine designs to ensure successful implementation
• Build and maintain various style guides and design systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends within the industry

Collaboration

• Work alongside project managers, business analysts, developers, quality assurance, content designers, copywriters, and leads
• Demo and present design concepts to teammates and stakeholders
• Participate in feedback sessions with clients, teams, and leadership

What You’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI skills and design thinking required
• Ability to translate business problems and requirements into compelling experiences
• Comfortable presenting design solutions to various audiences
• Strong visual design skills (composition, iconography, layout, typography, grids)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS preferred
• A curious outlook and the desire to collaborate with others
• Strong graphic design skills a plus
