We are in need of a Used Car Sales Manager for our busy Oconomowoc dealership. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Used Car Sales Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
- Assists salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic goals
- Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all used vehicle sales employees
- Maintains vehicle inventory
- Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Attend manager meetings
Requirements
- 5 years sales manager experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
