Description:
- The Customer Service Rep. provides superior Customer Service to client’s North American dealer network.
- Place Orders.
- Reduce Backorders on predecessor part numbers.
- Any non-confirming projects that is not dealer facing.
- Assist other representatives with their manual work.
- Projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
- The Customer Service Representative will ultimately be responsible for fielding inbound customer calls from North American dealers as it relates to specific parts orders.
- In addition, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate other departments within clients to deliver parts order information to customers over the phone and re-direct calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- The client’s Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Customer Service Rep to join its team in delivering extraordinary results at the Batavia Parts Distribution Center.
- The Batavia PDC is the master distribution center for North America operating around the clock to serve internal and external customers on a global scale.
