• Influencer Seeding Campaigns:
• Our specialty is partnering with dozens of beauty brands to invite top-tier influencers to get a first peek at the newest products on the market. Through PR gifting and paid campaigns, we let creators experience and showcase new, up-and-coming brands. So far, we’ve worked with 50,000+ influencers and 200+ brand clients

• Influencer Paid Campaigns:

To boost brand awareness and increase sales, we manage successful paid campaigns. From casting the perfect influencers to analyzing campaign results, we provide full-service support, focusing on strategy and direction for impactful content creation.

• TikTok Shop Service:

As a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP, TAP, CAP), we work on multiple projects to help our client brands succeed on TikTok Shop. At the same time, we assist creators in growing as TikTok affiliates. Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop is a plus, and we value those eager to learn more.

• Offline Events:

We host exclusive events in Los Angeles for our brand clients, including new product launches and influencer gatherings, designed to maximize exposure and create impactful connections.

BAZZAAL BOX:

Our e-commerce beauty box platform, BAZZAAL BOX, features the top k-beauty products. Partnering with influencers, we curate boxes packed with hand-picked, fan-favorite products at 60%+ off the original value, with free global shipping to over 100 countries.

Kijibae:

Kijibae is our own brand, dedicated to revolutionizing the at-home manicure experience with 60% semi-cured, premium gel nail polish strips. Currently, our focus is on direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, bringing salon-quality nails directly to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 in the U.S., including hiring and mentoring interns and team members.
• Collaborate with other agency partners, social media platforms, and clients.
• Drive the marketing strategy and direction for the company.
• Work directly with the CEO on business development and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with Korea, requiring flexibility with work hours to accommodate late-night PST meetings.
• Execute and oversee campaigns tailored to the U.S. beauty market, particularly skincare
• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop services, including helping client brands succeed and supporting creators as TikTok affiliates.
• Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to ensure success.
• Commute twice a week to our Culver City office for in-person collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the beauty industry, with expertise in marketing, PR, and influencer marketing in the U.S. market
• Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Previous work at a marketing agency or a beauty brand, preferably in skincare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with teams across time zones.
• High interest in Korean beauty, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
