The role is entry level; the team is more interested in molding someone that has the intangible soft skills, as opposed to an experienced TA candidate.
The team is interested in seeing candidates' upbeat personalities. They want someone who is confident in their voice, and able to speak on their personal and professional strengths.
MUST-HAVES
Steady Work History (Held jobs 1+ Years at a time)
Excellent Communication Skills (High energy, positive, and confident team player)
Ability to multitask, remote learn and comfortable in fast-paced environment (i.e. process 30-40 offers per day)
Ability to work from 9AM-5PM M-F CST

The BioLife TA team is looking for a self-starter who is able to balance hard work and fun!
Objective: The Recruitment Coordinator (aka Talent Acquisition Specialist) will contribute to the overall success of the BioLife Talent Acquisition group by providing a high level of customer service and accuracy to candidates, and internal/external partners throughout the recruiting process.
Open to fully Remote. Offices are located in Bannockburn, IL
Basic training for the first 2 weeks, then another 3 weeks for more specialized tasks
We're looking for someone that can build relationships within our BioLife TA team
Manage the requisition, offer letter creation process, and sourcing for supported TA Partners.
Serve as the TA Partners support to ensure successful hiring of thousands of hires annually (8,000 + Hires processed in 2021) throughout the US plasma centers
Job Responsibilities:
Support between 2-4 BioLife Recruiters in the successful completion the following tasks:
Workday related tasks including:
¦ Requisition management
¦ Offer process
¦ Offer letter management
¦ Moving candidates within system as needed
¦ Completing workday inbox tasks for TA Partners
External job board postings
¦ Indeed
¦ Linked In
¦ Handshake
Candidate sourcing
Specialized recruitment related projects.
DE & I reach outs
Attend center calls as needed to support TA Partners with strategic initiatives
Schedules interviews with identified interview teams for district, regional and corporate roles
Schedules and manages candidate travel requirements in partnership with our travel agency
Copy the Plasma Center Hiring Manager Teams and Recruiters on all email communications sent to new hire candidates throughout the process so they are aware of their candidates' status and any issues that may impact the candidates scheduled start date.
Interface with Corporate Talent Acquisition, as necessary.
Maintain Plasma Center Hiring Manager Contact List.
Nice to haves:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience
Workday experience
Proficiency within Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's Degree
