Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I (Cleaning and Material Handling)
Location: Pearl River, NY
Duration: 6+ Months
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am EST Mon-Fri possible Saturday
Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00/hr on W2
Summary of purpose/major responsibilities
This position is responsible for ensuring all manufacturing areas are prepared for the day’s activities. Activities include stocking of raw materials, gowning materials and all other components/materials required for daily manufacturing activity. The position is also responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly cleanings of all manufacturing areas.
The incumbent will report to Manufacturing Management and must complete all safety and compliance training. They will identify and address or escalate any safety concerns in their area. Additionally, they must be able to perform all tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with cGxP standards.
Requirements
Education/experience
High school diploma or GED
Pharmaceutical and clean room experience is preferred.
cGMP experience preferred.
