US Tolling Production Planner
U.S. Tolling Production Planner for St. Louis, MO to perform planning & execution of production at tolling sites within the regional crop protection product supply network; develop production plans to meet sales forecasts & inventory targets; conduct material planning at external manufacturing sites to ensure appropriate inventory levels, material consumption & optimization; relieve capacity constraints on sites by implementing external manufacturing plans; initiate material procurement process by validating & releasing purchase requisitions. Requires Master’s in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or closely-related field & 4 yrs experience controlling & ensuring inventory targets and supply chain KPIs for multiple sites; performing supply chain planning, including distribution, manufacturing & procurement, for crop protection products according to monthly and yearly timelines; generating, analyzing & reporting production and supply status on a weekly basis; ensuring enforcement & delivery of agricultural tolling and/or third-party supplier requirements, including labeling and licensing requirements; carrying out end-to-end agricultural toll and/or third-party production planning, including participating in ERP transactions; defining & distributing long-range production forecasts to tollers and/or third-party suppliers; fielding, escalating & supporting resolution of tolling and/or third-party supplier complaints; measuring toller and/or third-party supplier performance by evaluating adherence to fixed schedule, quality & order specifications and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve toller and/or third-party supplier performance; and participating in relevant supply & demand forecasting processes, including the integrated business planning process. Will also accept Bachelor’s in said fields & 6 yrs progressive post-Bachelor’s stated experience. Up to 5% U.S. travel req’d.
