We have an excellent career opportunity in our US Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) practice for business development professionals, working as regionally dedicated sales and growth specialists to drive consulting services. These positions will be based in major markets in the West, Mid-West, South and Northeast regions, but with potential client responsibilities throughout the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate AGRC's value propositions across the core risk consulting solution lines and industry specialties.
- Articulate diagnostic loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends and financial improvement impact for our clients.
- Build relationships within the Aon network, including market level account executives, producers, and regional leaders.
- Build relationships within the US AGRC leadership and subject matter experts.
- Develop and deliver impactful and differentiating RFP responses (both offensive and defensive).
- Present our propositions in person or virtually to support RFP responses.
- Lead and/or coordinate AGRC information sessions within assigned region.
- Develop and implement growth strategies at both the office and regional levels that support CRS and AGRC growth goals.
- Manage regional level penetration opportunities on the current book of business and appropriate sales campaigns.
- Support the broader consulting teams in preparing Statements of Work and/or proposals articulating solutions and deliverable work product.

Skills Required:
- Prior sales and business development experience and evidence of success and revenue growth.
- Technical skills in addressing various P&C risk consulting services.
- Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office applications).
- Project management experience with an understanding and application of risk management consulting philosophies.
- Ability to interpret a variety of data to create client-facing, complementary strategic and tactical improvement plans.
- Capacity to work effectively on multiple tasks with minimal supervision and meet expected deadlines.
- Demonstration of exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- Multiple industry experience a plus.
TRAVEL: Approximately 35% overnight travel.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Ten or more years in risk management and insurance consultation. Specific job title to be commensurate with experience level, technical expertise and/or specialization.
Pay Transparency Laws
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $215,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
