Description
Retail Account Coordinator responsibilities include performing in-store support, managing and mentoring Beauty Educators, reviewing performance, time and attendance, ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.
Retail Account Coordinator should be able to perform efficiently in a retail and home office environment, demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role.
- Develop relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators.
- Conduct regular performance check ins.
- Review weekly attendance concerns.
- Ensuring company and retailer standards are met.
- Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter.
- Achieve your sales goals.
- Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience managing people.
- 4 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
- Excellent retail selling and education background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct in-store.
- Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles.
- Must have a cell phone.
- Must have open availability.
