Job Title : US IT Recruiter
Strategic Leadership

Operational Management
Manage and oversee the end-to-end staffing delivery process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
Ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requisitions by coordinating with recruiters and account managers.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, placement rates) and implement improvements to optimize delivery processes.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment and delivery team to achieve performance targets.
Provide guidance on best practices in IT staffing and recruitment strategies.
Conduct regular team performance reviews and identify areas for development and training.
Client Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing delivery-related matters.
Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their changing workforce demands.
Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Market Expertise
Stay updated on trends in the IT industry and staffing landscape to provide insights and strategic guidance.
Understand client business environments and anticipate future staffing needs.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to expand service offerings and client base.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in staffing operations.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on delivery metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in HR, recruitment, or IT (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
Experience
7+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing high-volume staffing projects in the US market.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies across various domains.
Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn).
