Job Description
What’s the opportunity?
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your mission will be to fuel our marketing acquisition processes and develop innovative strategies to drive iAdvize's growth, while increasing our revenue on the US market. You will have the opportunity to implement strategic campaigns specifically designed for the US market, contributing to the expansion of our presence in this region.
In this role, you will report to our Head of Growth Marketing (who is based in France), and have a dotted reporting line to our US Head of Marketing.
Missions
- Create and implement US paid acquisition strategies in growth marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.).
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns to engage iAdvize prospects.
- Manage the consistency of design, UX and personalization of our landing pages and growth marketing content.
- Identify the best audiences within our CRM and grow our subscriber base.
- Ensure the smooth running of all our marketing automation workflows and select the best tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- To succeed in this role, you must have proven initial experience in growth marketing, with a solid grasp of martech tools, website management, building a digital presence, audience engagement and nurturing.
- In-depth knowledge of the US market is essential, ideally with prior experience working for a software editor in the landscape of customer relationship or e-commerce.
- A previous experience working for a digital marketing agency would be highly appreciated.
- We're looking for an inquisitive mind, passionate about technology and constantly on the lookout for new ways to push boundaries.

- Work location: Boston area
- Type of Contract: Permanent contract, full time.
- US Employment Visa required. We do not accept F1, J1, M1. We can accept OPT with one-year duration.
